I support World Vasectomy Day for the sake of our children’s future.
What we do today actually does affect the world our children will inherit. If we make no effort to live more graciously on this planet, the future is grim. If you think ‘we’ll figure it out because we always do’, which actually means someone else is going to figure out, you’re mistaken. Yes, being positive is good way to approach life. Indeed, that sort of attitude along with a strong cup of coffee gets you started, but then you actually have to do something.
Was there a time when a large family was needed to work the land? Yes, but those days are mostly behind us. Are there some people who can afford to raise 10 children well? Probably, but that’s not easy to accomplish.
