Doug takes to the streets of Busia to educate and inform men and women about the vasectomy procedure. Not surprisingly, he is met by skepticism and trepidation at first, but calmly answers the people's many questions and the reason why he's brought his mission to Kenya.

Doug decides to promote himself around the city with his favourite marketing device -- the billboard! Convinced of its high impact value above all other awareness raising techniques, Doug wastes no time and immediately goes location scouting and erects up a series of billboards around town to trigger attention for their vasectomy mission.

Doug trains and mentors local doctors on how to perform the No Scalpel Vasectomy method in the hope of inspiring them carry on his mission.

Doug is blown away by the need for vasectomy services on the island of Leyte in The Philippines and begins planning to hold a 'vasectomy day' in the town.

Doug arrives in Haiti and immediately starts strategizing with local community leaders about setting up presentations for the local men to inform them about the vasectomy procedure.
